All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered through standard courier services.


Available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Domestic Shipping (within India): 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the courier service and location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or during promotional periods.

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery through the courier's tracking system.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

At this time, Winksify does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within India.
